Today on Good Morning America they did a piece on a child who was cured of his peanut allergy - his allergy used to be pretty close to what Kian's is now. The kid can now eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches!!! I am hoping that this study can be passed on to the broader medical community!!!

Duuuuuude! They did that study here in Little Rock! Amazing, isn't it? You know I have a peanut allergic kiddo now, right? Not severe, but still - I'd love for her not to have to tote an EpiPen. :)
My only concern is that people will hear this and in ignorance, say "All you need to do is give them a little bit and they won't be allergic any more." (you know, the people that you usually want to smack)

I hear ya on the fact that people will be stupid and try this on their own without doctor supervision. Kian has a reaction from eating something processed near nuts, if he had an actual nut I don't even want to think of what would happen :(
